Evry reads public App Store reviews and answers questions about them. This page says what we keep about you, why, and how to get rid of it. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.

What we store

• Your email address. It is your account. We use it to send sign-in links, your digest if you turn it on, and receipts through Stripe. Nothing else.
• The apps you add. Which App Store apps you track, whether each is yours or a competitor, and which app a competitor is linked to.
• Public reviews. The reviews of those apps, as published on the App Store. They are public data written by other people, and we keep our own copy so answers stay fast. We do not collect anything about the reviewers beyond what the store publishes.
• Your questions and the answers. Every question you ask, the judgments the model made about each review, and open-question answers, so repeat questions are instant and cost nothing.
• Usage counts. How many questions you asked and how many reviews were judged each month, to apply your plan's limits.
• Billing references. If you pay, Stripe gives us a customer id and a subscription id. Your card details never reach us.

Cookies

One cookie, the session that keeps you signed in. It lasts 90 days. There is no analytics or advertising tracking on this site.

Who else sees data

We run on a small set of providers, each of which only gets what it needs to do its job:

• Cloudflare hosts the site and the database.
• TypeSafe (Jev) and OpenAI receive review text and your question so the answer can be computed. They receive no account details.
• Resend delivers sign-in links and digests to your address.
• Stripe handles payment and holds your card.
• Apple is where reviews come from; we fetch them from the public App Store feeds.

We do not sell data, and we do not share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

As long as you have an account. Public reviews and the model's judgments about them are shared between everyone tracking the same app and stay after you leave, since they contain nothing about you. Sign-in links expire in 15 minutes and are removed after a day.

Deleting your account

From the app, choose Delete account at the bottom of the sidebar. That removes your email, your app list, your usage counts and your digest history at once, and cancels any subscription. You can also write to hello@askevry.com and we will do it for you.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion, at the address above. We answer within 30 days.

If this page changes in a way that matters, we say so in the next digest and at the top of this page.
