Terms of service

These are the terms for using Evry at askevry.com. Short version: it is a tool that reads public reviews for you, you pay for the plan you pick, and either side can end it at any time.

The service

Evry collects public App Store reviews for the apps you add and answers questions about them using language models. Answers are computed from the reviews and can be wrong: models misread, reviews lie, and small numbers swing. Use the answers as evidence, not as fact.

Your account

You sign in with an email address and a link we send to it. Keep that inbox safe; anyone who can open the link can use your account. One person per account. You are responsible for what is done under it.

Plans and billing

• The Free plan costs nothing. Plus and Pro are monthly subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe, at the price shown when you subscribe. Launch prices stay yours for as long as the subscription runs.
• You can cancel any time from Manage plan. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then drops to Free. Nothing is deleted: apps beyond the Free plan are paused and come back if you subscribe again.
• Each plan has a fair-use limit on how many reviews are judged per month. When you reach it, cached answers keep working and new judging waits for the next month.
• Refunds: if something was our fault, write to us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it.

Acceptable use

Do not use Evry to harass reviewers, to scrape our data into another service, to overload it with automated requests, or for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your data and ours

Your questions and app list are yours. The public reviews and the model's judgments about them are part of the service and are shared between everyone tracking the same app. How we handle personal data is on the privacy page.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep Evry up but do not promise it, and we may change or stop features. Evry is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for decisions you make based on answers.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from the app. We can end the service for an account that breaks these terms, with notice where the law requires it.

Changes and law

If these terms change materially, we say so in the app or by email before the change applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, and disputes go to its courts.
